Message	Don't go deep into how modified your car is, His Horror is not going to be impressed. Get HKS to fax you something about Hiper being legal and having a CARB exemption number. Also, just stick to your story, and say you got low octane gas by mistake and the engine responded by running rough and misfiring which caused backfire. Good luck.
